Scattered Sites:
Affordable Single Family Housing

The Scattered Sites program provides housing opportunities for low and moderate-income families.

Under the program, The Homeownership Group (THG), a collaborative of six non-profit housing developers, allocated 78 single-family properties from the DC Housing Authority for rehabilitation. The goal of the program is to increase home ownership for low and moderate-income households in the District, with a focus on first-time home buyers.

DCCH has 8 properties being rehabilitated under the Scattered Sites program. The properties are being rehabbed in 2 Phases. Phase I properties have been completed and sold. Phase II properties are under construction.

DCCH is no longer accepting applications for Scattered Sites properties.
