Customer Segment helps define, understand, and appeal to the customer. It is imperative to know who the customer is, this can be achieved by evaluating the customer’s environment, experiences and general context. These factors contribute to how the customer will respond to your product. Therefore, a customer’s geographic, demographic and social context will define the customer’s persona, creating a customer archetype for your products and services.

No reading textbooks, case studies or developing papers! Participants are inspired to interact with industry and focus on developing a business model to scale and grow their venture using the Business Model Canvas.
